Stashed safely away in Schnee's cubby is a simple little letter with her name written on it. Opening it up gives them a message reading:

Hello! Thank you for participating in the Secret Santa event~⋆
The person you've been assigned for getting a present for is Onisan, and I've enclosed his information here for you to use! The party is going to be held on the 25th in the employee lounge, and we'll be exchanging everything then, so please be sure to be ready for it!

And, sure enough, there's an extra sip of paper tucked into the note:
